There are local shops, pub and most importantly the glorious sandy beach all within walking distance. Gower is ever popular with surfers, walkers and cyclists alike, here you are well placed to enjoy all these activities. Spend a day at the renowned village of Oxwich, which is just a short drive away. For a family fun day out explore caves, Iron Age forts, Medieval castles, churches and a lighthouse, all within easy reach. Mumbles also has a range of independent shops and eateries for you to try out. A great spot for families and couples alike.
Enter into this detached dormer bungalow, into a good-sized kitchen. This well-equipped space has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, along with a kitchen table to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Through to a large lounge/diner with ample seating, TV, wood burner effect electric fire and lots of games to keep the family entertained. Heading through the inner hallway takes you to a ground floor twin bedroom and there is a ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Upstairs you will find a further two bedrooms, a master double with a nice sea view and a twin, again with sea view. There is a bathroom with bath and WC across the landing.
Outside there is a large garden with patio area and charcoal BBQ. This area leads to the lawn and an enclosed space, ideal for children and dogs to play in. Private parking is available for two cars and an outside storage room for those with bikes, wet suits or surf boards.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
