Regarded as one of Norfolk’s finest beaches thanks to its long stretch of sand and safe swimming, Mundesley is backed by a promenade lined with colourful beach huts. Just a short drive away is the traditional family-friendly seaside resort of Cromer, home to an array of attractions, pubs, shops and restaurants, together with its very own theatre located on the pier with various shows throughout the year. Walkers will love the area, set out on foot to discover the pure delights of the Norfolk Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with nature reserves, marshes and dunes. A little further afield by car you can hire a boat for the day to explore the miles upon miles of stunning waterways that is the Norfolk Broads.
Take in the sea air before you enter the property into the hallway, kick off your walking boots before heading down the hallway to the rest of the accommodation. Sleeping a maximum of four guests and a child, you will have a choice of three bedrooms. The double bedroom and the twin both share a shower room with WC and the single child`s room has its own ensuite shower room and WC. Refurbished and redesigned in 2019 the modern style open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge area is created with a social aspect in mind. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combi washer/dryer. There is a large breakfast bar/dining table with seating for up to five guests so why not gather around and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with family or friends. The lounge area has a comfortable corner sofa which can seat up to four guests, along with a Smart TV, so you can kick back and relax by watching or even streaming your favourite show.
Heading outside, as well as being within walking distance to the beach, you have a patio area with dining table and chairs should you wish to relax, catch some sun and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is off-road parking for 2 cars, and a shared games room with snooker and pool table, table football, board games and table tennis.
