Located on the northeast coast of Norfolk, Mundesley is a pretty and charming Victorian seaside village bursting with charm and tradition, as well as boasting beautiful wide sandy beaches, colourful beach huts. Along with a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, and cafes, you are nestled in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which provides fantastic walks and is very popular with lovers of wildlife. Take a short drive and hire a boat to explore the scenic and vast waterways Norfolk Broads and popular locations of Holt, Cromer, Sheringham and Overstrand are all within easy reach and for some serious retail therapy then the historic cathedral city of Norwich is just 20 miles away.
As you enter this modern style bungalow you arrive in the spacious and comfortable open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas which surround a Smart TV which is perfect for you to relax in front of while you watch or stream your favourite show. The chef of the group has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a hearty meal for loved ones with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and a fridge with an ice compartment. Once you’ve prepared a meal or a light snack then serve it up at the dining table and chairs which has enough seating for up to six guests so perfect if you have guests over for dinner. There are two bedrooms to choose from, the master bedroom which has a king-size bed and an ensuite with shower and WC, and a twin bedroom with access to a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Outside, to the front of the property is a small enclosed garden area complete with a table and chairs for you to enjoy a cocktail or a spot of al fresco dining whilst you take in the sea breeze. Parking is available for two cars in a shared parking area very close to the property (25 metres).
