Walk along the picturesque coastal path to visit Dunstanburgh Castle, play golf in nearby Embleton followed by a pub lunch. Stroll on the golden sand of Embleton Bay to Low Newton to sample the delights of the beachside micro-brewery pub/restaurant. Visit nearby Beadnell Bay for water sports, rock pooling and picnics, or head to Seahouses’ bustling harbour for fish and chips or a boat trip to the Farne Islands to see puffins nesting, seals basking on the rocks and, if you are lucky, dolphins darting through the waves.
