This bright and spacious holiday bungalow is close to beaches, historic castles, gardens, golf, walking and cycling routes making it perfect for families and friends of all ages.

Set in this popular village, with its lovely village green and friendly pub/restaurant less than five minutes’ walk away, this bungalow is ideally situated to explore the beautiful coastal area of Northumberland. The harbour village of Craster, with fabulous seafood on offer all year round, is only 10 minutes away by car, as are the stunning Alnwick Castle and Gardens and the historic Howick Hall Gardens and Arboretum, home of Earl Grey tea. Walk along the picturesque coastal path to visit Dunstanburgh Castle, play golf in nearby Embleton followed by a pub lunch. Stroll on the golden sand of Embleton Bay to Low Newton to sample the delights of the beachside micro-brewery pub/restaurant. Visit nearby Beadnell Bay for water sports, rock pooling and picnics, or head to Seahouses’ bustling harbour for fish and chips or a boat trip to the Farne Islands to see puffins nesting, seals basking on the rocks and, if you are lucky, dolphins darting through the waves. Entering this spacious and light property through the covered porch where you can leave your buckets and spades, you will come into the hallway where you can leave your coats and outdoor shoes. Pass through to the generous lounge with dual aspect windows including wide, sliding doors that lead out to the side patio area and garden. There is a large, comfortable sofa and two matching easy chairs which you can relax on after your days out exploring this lovely area. Watch a programme on the Smart TV, browse the selection of maps and books to plan your adventures for the following day or enjoy some family time with a variety of games on offer. The bright, well-appointed kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave. Sit at the kitchen island for breakfast and catch up on the news on the Smart TV or sit and chat with a drink in the evenings while dinner is being prepared. The rear door leads from the kitchen to the lawned rear garden and large patio for al fresco dining in warmer months or, head to the separate dining room to enjoy your meals together indoors. The property has three uniquely decorated bedrooms which lead off from the hallway. They comprise a front-facing room with a king-size bed, a front-facing double and a further double bedroom with garden views and an en-suite with a shower cubicle and WC. Each room has a large built-in wardrobe providing ample storage for your belongings. The fully tiled family bathroom comprises a corner bath, a generous shower cubicle, a heated towel rail and a WC. Outside, you can relax in the mature gardens both to the front and rear. The private, side patio area has a garden table and seating and there is a BBQ for al fresco dining. The gated driveway provides ample parking for four cars.
