This semi-detached cottage with accommodation over three floors sits in a convenient spot in the popular village of Parkham, just a stroll along to the village inn. It’s a great base at any time of year.
Perfectly situated, you will be just a short drive away from the stunning North Devon coast and the pretty beach at Buck's Mills. Just slightly further, yet still within easy reach, is the much sought-after fishing village of Clovelly, which is a lovely place to spend an afternoon, with its cobbled streets filled with shops and pubs leading down to a picturesque harbour. Also, close by, the delightful village of Hartland boasts an array of amenities and, in the other direction, Westward Ho! offers 3 miles of golden sandy beach making it the ultimate day out for the family. Other attractions in the area include Bude, RHS Garden Rosemoor, Hartland Abbey, The Milky Way Adventure Park and many more.
Step inside this pretty property and you will firstly find yourself in the entrance hall with a handy WC and understairs storage area. Up again to the second floor, there is a large bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC.
Venturing outside via the French doors from the conservatory, you will find a lovely suntrap enclosed patio area with garden furniture. This provides a lovely place to dine alfresco. There is private off-road parking for one car and further roadside parking is available nearby (subject to availability).
