Within the village of Instow you will find a wealth of amenities, there are pubs, cafés, restaurants that boast breath taking estuary views and a deli which are all within walking distance of the property. If you fancy a change of scenery, why not visit one of the many safe sandy beaches that North Devon has to offer. Nearby Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge, offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and also a championship golf course. The accommodation arranged over three floors offers FIVE bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 super-king-size with river views and en-suite shower and WC, 1 king-size with river views and en-suite bath and WC, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. On the second floor, 1 twin with bath and en-suite WC. Bathroom: with bath and WC, on the first floor. Wet room: with double shower, on the ground floor. Separate WC, on the ground floor. Lounge: with patio doors which lead onto terrace area which boasts river views. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and patio door which leads onto terrace area. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Drying room: with wet suits hanging rail, on the ground floor. Outside: large enclosed rear garden and terrace area with river views, garden furniture, BBQ and fire pit. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels (not beach towels), electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shops, pubs and beach within walking distance.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
