A great base for couples and small families, this cosy stone cottage is set in a pretty courtyard, with use of a shared heated outdoor pool and children's play area.
Set in a courtyard of nine cottages, this property is the perfect base for families, being close to the two miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! If your idea of a holiday is a relaxed pace of life, stunning beaches, quaint villages, unparalleled scenery and exciting water sports, then North Devon is the place for you. The area boasts 180 miles of walking and cycle paths known as the Tarka Trail, which meanders through some of the best scenery in the country. Family attractions in the area include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. A little further afield is the unique village of Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor and the wonderful Exmoor National Park.
On entering this delightful single-storey cottage, step into the lounge with arched picture window overlooking the front lawn. After a day of exploring the area, sit back, relax, and watch your favourite TV show or the latest movie on the Smart TV/DVD. Prepare a meal or a light lunch in the kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. At the end of the day, when it’s time to head to bed there is a triple bedroom with a double and single bed. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Stepping outside, there is a shared lawn area to the front with seating and a separate shared BBQ area to the rear. Guests have use of the shared heated 40ft outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. Visit the animals on-site, there are sheep, goats and Kunekune pigs, who all have their own names. Let the little ones let off some steam on the play equipment, with swings and slides. Guests have use of the shared utility room with coin operated commercial washing machines and tumble dryer. Surrounding the complex are 15 acres of farmland where you can walk the dog or just simply admire the stunning countryside and coastline. Please note: dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on-site. There is off-road parking for one car.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
