Set in a pretty courtyard of nine cottages, this barn conversion is the perfect for families, being close to the two miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! If your idea of a holiday is a relaxed pace of life, stunning beaches, quaint villages, unparalleled scenery and exciting water sports, then North Devon is the place for you. The area boasts 180 miles of walking and cycle paths known as the Tarka Trail, which meanders through some of the best scenery in the country. Family attractions in the area include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. A little further afield is the unique village of Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor and the wonderful Exmoor National Park.
On entering this delightful two-storey cottage, you are greeted by a good size lounge with TV/DVD and views across the front lawn. After a day of exploring the area, relax, and watch your favourite TV show or the latest movie. Prepare a snack or a light lunch in the kitchen, equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. At the end of the day, when it’s time to head to bed there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Stepping outside, there is a shared lawn area to the front with seating and a separate shared BBQ area to the rear. Guests are welcome to use the shared heated 40ft outdoor swimming pool (from May Bank Holiday week until the 1st September). Visit the animals on-site, there are goats, sheep and Kunekune pigs. The little ones can let off some steam on the play equipment, with swings and slides. Guests have use of the shared utility room with coin operated commercial washing machines and tumble dryer. Surrounding the complex are 15 acres of farmland where you can walk the dog or just simply admire the stunning countryside and coastline. Please note, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on-site. There is off-road parking for one car.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
