Nestled within three acres of gardens and stunning woodlands, this Victorian home is the perfect destination large groups of friends and family looking to unwind or enjoy a celebration of a lifetime.

Totally hidden in a large area of gardens and woodland yet just a whisper away from Lynton and Lynmouth, where Exmoor meets the sea, and is one of the most beautiful places in England. It is a perfect retreat for those seeking peace and solitude. Although secluded, it is only a short stroll to all the area's attractions such as the famous cliff railway, which takes you to the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth, the Valley of the Rocks and the beautiful waterfalls of Watersmeet. There are many pubs, restaurants and shops a few minutes’ walk away and a secluded sandy beach in Lynmouth. Explore the North Devon Atlantic coastline and the golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands which are half an hour by car. Local centres provide traditional country-based activities such as golf, fishing, tennis, riding and walking.

Retaining many of its original features, including a tiled entrance hall where you will find plenty of space to hang coats and store shoes after a busy day exploring. Just off the hallway you will find two lounges, the first has comfy sofas, perfect for relaxing, you can light the multi fuel stove and watch your favourite films on the TV/DVD and the second lounge also has an open coal fire with TV/DVD, Xbox and a piano, along with French doors leading out onto a balcony overlooking the sea. Next is the dining room with an impressive table to seat everyone comfortably, this is the perfect place to host a celebratory meal, which can be cooked up in the well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen with an Electric AGA, two electric ovens and hob, microwave, two large fridges, freezer and two dishwashers, there is also a separate utility room accessed from the outside with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading up the grand staircase to the first floor you will find the first of the ten bedrooms. On this floor you will find a twin zip-and-link (which can be up as a super-king-size on request) with en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a twin with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading up to the second floor you will find two double bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and the other an en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, a four-poster bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite shower room with shower and separate WC, completing the second floor is a large bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the third floor you will find a super-king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a twin bedroom and a large family bedroom with a double and a twin along with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside you can enjoy the large enclosed garden with BBQ on those warm summer evenings, there is a terraced area with garden furniture and ping pong table, and a further two seating areas with stunning panoramic sea views. Ample parking can be found in the large public car park just 300 meters from the property, which is accessed by a graduated sloping footpath, four day (£13 collected, £15 posted) or weekly (£20 collected, £22 posted) permits can be purchased prior to your visit from the local tourist board website.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20 for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.
