Travelling north along the Berwickshire Coastal Path and less than a mile away is the pretty fishing village of St Abbs providing fantastic views from the dramatic rocky headland and a wide range of seabirds to spot.
For a longer stroll, Eyemouth is 3 miles away, where you can discover the secrets of the smugglers at Gunsdown House, or take a boat trip to spot dolphins in the bay. For more local history, wander through the atmospheric ruins of Coldingham Priory, a mile away, before enjoying refreshments at one of the village pubs. Inside, the property is simply stunning. T

Entering the bright and airy hallway, you'll find a beautiful chequerboard floor that is the perfect welcome. If the weather is less than favourable, light the wood burner in the main living room and settle in for the evening with amazing views out to sea from the pretty bay window.

The outside space is also absolutely fantastic with gardens to the front and rear – a perfect space to dine alfresco on warmer days, whether you light the BBQ on summer evenings or enjoy an early morning coffee and croissants.
