Situated less than a 10-minute walk from the South West Coast Path, which takes you into the heart of Boscastle harbour, this property is ideally located to make the most of the local area. There are a number of circular walks available from your doorstep, while a short drive will bring you to a host of long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and picturesque fishing villages including Doc Martin’s famous Port Isaac. Nearby attractions also include King Arthur’s Tintagel, Launceston Steam Railway, National Sea Life Aquarium and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.
Step across the wooden bridge that brings you to the front door of this charming property and walk into the impressive open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. Featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and ceiling trusses, slate floors and French windows opening out to a Juliet balcony, this is a stunning space. In the kitchen area, you will find a cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave.
