This beautiful cottage is ideally located in Seahouses offers breath-taking views towards Beadnell Bay, a garden where you can relax after a day spent on the golden beaches of Northumberland.
Located close to the village centre, this well cared for, three-bedroom property is the perfect choice for families. Seahouses offers access to the spectacular Farne Islands, which is home to fantastic birdlife and wildlife, including puffins, grey seals and more. You can access miles of cycling and walking routes which lead to the magnificent castles at Bamburgh and Alnwick, as well as the surrounding Alnwick Gardens. For those who wish to indulge and relax, there are health and fitness facilities close by. These include a beautiful 20-metre indoor swimming pool and a spa/sauna area.
The cottage is filled with all the wonderful features you'll need from a holiday home. On entering the property on the ground floor, the spacious lounge offers a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a selection of books and games. The beautiful kitchen/diner can seat six people and offers everything you need to feed everyone, including and electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The well-appointed conservatory, from which you can enjoy views of the rear garden, is equipped with a seating area, IPod Dock Radio and coffee table. Moving up to the first floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms the master bedroom, which has stunning sea views, a twin and a single as well as a newly refurbished family bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed garden lawn with handy garden furniture to create a relaxing outdoor experience which can be enjoyed in the warmer months. An additional compact and attractive garden is located at the front of the property. There is plenty of on-street parking available outside the property.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
This cottage offers private guest membership to use the facilities of The Ocean Club in Seahouses. This includes the 20-metre indoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool and spa/sauna area and a wide variety of equipment in the Fitness Suite. You can even book an hour with a personal trainer.
For those of you looking to relax a little more, you can treat yourself to a pamper day with a facial, a massage, a manicure or indulge in one of the specialist therapies on offer.There is also a coffee shop with a bar licence and free Wi-Fi to meet up with friends and family after your visit to the club.
