Positioned along East Street in Polruan, near the working boat yard, paces from the local cafe, 2 pubs and local shops. The Coal Wharf and Village Quay are only a few steps away, where a passenger ferry runs back and forth to Fowey. There are plenty of places to go walking from Polruan, or if it’s a day out you are looking for why not head to visit the tall ships at Charlestown, take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project and/or the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock near Bodmin.
