You are just a short drive from popular Seahouses village where you can indulge in a boat trip to see the wildlife at the Farne Islands. Bamburgh Castle and beach are only a short drive away too, as are the beautiful Alnwick Gardens and Castle. In just over ten minutes, you'll be at Low Newton-by-the-sea strolling along the beach to Dunstanburgh Castle or enjoying a drink at the brilliant Ship Inn pub. There is also a golf course nearby if you were considering packing your clubs.
As you enter this single-storey property, you will be greeted with a beautiful lounge, both warm and cosy with comfortable seating, Smart TV with Apple TV and an attractive wood burner which is perfect for cosy evenings indoors. The lounge/diner area includes an extendable dining table which can seat up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine in the property, but it is located in the rear garage. As you wander on through the house, you'll discover two bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom, and the second is a twin room. There is one shower room in the property which includes a beautifully tiled and large walk-in shower and WC.
The outside area of the property includes a spacious enclosed patio to the rear, and a large outdoor extendable dining table with six chairs, perfect for evenings in the sun with a glass of wine. There is also a small lawn and a bench to sit on located to the front of the property. There is a garage outside for storage. Off-road parking is available for up to two cars.
