With its whitewashed cottages and winding cobbled street, you can walk down the hillside to the sheltered harbour where pubs, shops and restaurants can be enjoyed with the local fishermen showing off their daily catch. The donkeys that service the village are, in fact, kept in the surrounding fields near Highford Barn. The Milky Way Adventure Park is located only 2 miles away, along with Hartland at the same distance. The nautical fishing village of Appledore and port town of Bideford are only a 10 mile drive away.

Entering the property, you will appreciate its bright and airy atmosphere. The property benefits from two bathrooms, the first located downstairs via one step and consisting of a freestanding bath with handheld shower attachment and WC. Heading upstairs to the two bedrooms, you will find 1 King-size bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, shower cubicle and WC. The second bedroom also has a TV and is a twin zip and link which can be made into a Super-king bed on request.
Guests can enjoy both the front patio area with garden furniture, and the enclosed rear garden with lawn, seating and BBQ. There is off road parking available for two cars on the driveway.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
