This superb detached bungalow is conveniently situated in the village of Hartland and the rugged Heritage Coastline, an ideal base to explore all the area has to offer.
Walk along the magnificent coastal footpaths, take a boat trip out to Lundy Island, or closer to home why not stroll through the village which has remained virtually unchanged for years and even enjoy a drink or bite to eat in one of the villages' several pubs. Explore Hartland's 12th century Abbey and glorious gardens, visit the Quay Museum or Lighthouse. For families, there are a wide variety of sandy beaches ideal for surfing or body boarding and there are numerous theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. All-in-all, an ideally placed holiday location for couples or small families.
On entering the bungalow, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, stylishly furnished with under floor heating, corner suite and Smart TV, it’s a great social area whether you are cooking, dining or just relaxing. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner including an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Patio doors lead out from the lounge, down a step, into the sun room overlooking the garden. The bedrooms are all accessed off the lounge, you will find a double with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC and two twin bedrooms both with TVs. There is a bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC and discretely houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Heading outside, there is a level patio area with garden furniture and an extensive lawn area with built-in BBQ, hot tub and far reaching countryside views. From the patio area, you can access the games room in the garage which has a small snooker table, football table and a collection of small toys. There is off-road parking for two cars on the drive.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
