A beautiful second floor apartment located in an enviable position in the Devonshire town of Ilfracombe, a traditional seaside town with a range of amenities. Enjoy watching the waves crash against the historic harbour, which is also home to Damien Hirst’s imposing 25 metre sculpture of a female warrior, Verity, which proudly stands at the edge of the harbour. Ilfracombe itself is home to plenty of days out, such as Tunnels Beaches, Ilfracombe Aquarium and one of Britain’s most haunted houses, Chambercombe Manor. For those who enjoy exploring, the rugged terrain of Exmoor National Park is a short drive or for a more relaxing day there are a great selection of beaches nearby including Croyde, Woolacombe, and Saunton Sands.
Upon entering the apartment, step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, you will be captivated by the undisrupted views of the harbour. After a long day of exploring North Devon’s beautiful scenery, relax in the lounge area, sink into the comfortable sofa and armchairs and watch a film on the TV/DVD, or, enjoy watching the boats bob up and down in the harbour. Heading through to the contemporary kitchen area which is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, the perfect place to prepare your favourite meals whilst you’re away. After making a delicious dish, gather around the table and enjoy a meal together. When the day is over, make your way to the bedrooms, there is a beautiful king-size with soft muted lighting, delicate decor and TV/DVD, and an attractive twin bedroom with TV/DVD. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with WC.
Heading outside there is allocated parking for one car, and across the road is a pretty park with seating overlooking the harbour, and there is a plethora of things to do within Ilfracombe and further afield.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
