The convenient location of the property means that many of the town’s attractions are within walking distance, such as the interesting aquarium, museum, unusual Tunnels Beach and the historic harbour which offers boat trips, including to Lundy Island. The town boasts a range of shops and a wide choice of eateries, including two restaurants one being a Michelin starred and another that's received a Michelin Bib Gourmand award. Hillsborough Nature Reserve known locally as The Sleeping Elephant, forms part of the South West Coastal Path and is easily reached. Damien Hurst's Verity sculpture can be seen from the property protecting the harbour.

The separate utility room houses the washing machine and a handy additional sink. The property has two bedrooms: a spacious, stylish king-size room, with large windows and a contemporary en-suite bathroom with bath and a handheld shower and WC. The second bedroom is a cosy twin room, near to which guests will find a shower room with WC.
