A wonderful walking area, footpaths lead from the farm to Appuldurcombe House and join the extensive Stenbury Trail to Ventnor for its lovely beach. Two other stunning sandy beaches, Shanklin and Sandown, are only a short drive away.

Outside there is a lovely enclosed lawn garden with a picnic bench for enjoying al fresco meals in the sunshine. Cars can be parked close to the cottage.
