Superb town house conveniently placed in the seaside town of lfracombe, within walking distance to the beach and the harbour, which is home to Damien Hirst’s high striking bronze statue “Verity”.
Ilfracombe is a bustling place at any time of the year, in summer it bustles with families making for the beach and in winter it has an undiscovered quaint, charm which will make you want to return again and again. Within walking distance of the towns Tunnels Beach and the variety of restaurants, bars, galleries and shops to sample and wander around. For walkers, you can enjoy the South West Coast Path or explore further afield and visit Clovelly, or a short drive away Valley of Rocks, Lynton and Lynmouth, Watersmeet and Exmoor National Park. For sandy beaches with excellent surfing facilities, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are just a short drive away and all worth a visit.
Located just off the promenade this attractive and contemporary family home is accessed up a couple of steps. On the first floor you will find a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) with TV and en-suite shower room and WC, also on this for is a single bedroom and a separate WC. On the second floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC and a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) also having an en-suite shower and WC. The last bedroom is found on the third floor and consists of a family room with a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) and an additional single bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath and WC. Also, on the third floor is the cinema room, a fantastic feature perfect for an evening of entertainment for all the family with TV/DVD, CD player, PlayStation 3 and a selection of DVDs.
