The seaside town of Bude is only 2 miles away and has lots to offer with its many popular surfing beaches, sea pool, boating canal, leisure centre, golf course and a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Local attractions include adventure parks and National Trust properties. Walkers will also enjoy the dramatic views from the South West Coast Path.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: situated on first floor 1 double and 1 twin zip-and-link that can be made into a double on request. Shower room: with WC. On the 2nd floor is a large master double with TV and stylish en-suite shower room with WC accessed via steps (care required). Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with large TV/DVD, iPod dock, wi-fi available and feature arched windows. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: enclosed gravelled patio area with seating. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: beach 2 miles, pubs, shop, Post Office in village.
