Millendreath Beach is situated approximately 650 metres wide, backed by cliffs and hills, with a stream flowing across the beach to the sea. The beach is surrounded by a holiday park, which provides many facilities open to the public. The beach itself is a remote sandy beach, popular with families, and features rock pools to explore.
The beach has a restaurant and beach bar overlooking the beach, offering meals and drinks. On the eastern side of the beach, there is a sea pool perfect for families with safe swimming. However, the beach-side cafe/shop and toilets are currently closed until further notice.
Visitors can launch boats from the private slipway, but permission is required. The beach is also dog-friendly during the winter, but during the summer months (May 1st - September 30th), dog walkers are only allowed between 9am and after 6pm. The South West Coast Path can be accessed from the corner of May Lane, past the Monkey Sanctuary, along to Seaton Beach.
Although the beach-side cafe/shop and toilets are closed, the beach itself remains open to visitors.
Millendreath Beach is adjacent to the South West Coast Path.
