Prestatyn Central Beach is a popular destination in North Wales, offering a wide, sandy beach and a range of facilities for visitors to enjoy.

Prestatyn Central Beach is a wide, north-facing sandy beach, interspersed with rock groynes. The beach is part of a 5-mile stretch of sand that adjoins Barkby and Ffrith beaches. A promenade runs along the beach, providing ramped access from the car parks.

The beach is backed by a wide promenade, which is popular with cyclists. There are plenty of facilities available, including a leisure centre, amusement arcades, outdoor showers, cafés, and a play area for children. Life guards are on duty during the summer months.

The beach is popular with sailors and windsurfers, and the North Wales Cycle Trail and Offa's Dyke Path both converge on the seafront. The beach is dog-friendly during the winter months, although there are restrictions in place during the summer.
