Anstey's Cove is a small, rocky beach suitable for fishing, located on the coast path between Torquay and Babbacombe. The beach is set among wooded hills and features limestone cliffs, interesting rock formations, and views across Lyme Bay to the Dorset coast.
The beach is accessed from the coastal path, which offers lovely and quiet sea views. A shop and cafe are available on the beach, providing refreshments for visitors. A steep path leads down to the shingle and rock beach.
Anstey's Cove is known for being a sport climbing hot spot, and kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) are also popular activities here. Dogs are allowed all year round at Anstey's Cove.
Anstey's Cove is adjacent to the South West Coast Path.
