If a day at the seaside is your thing there are plenty to choose from, Watergate Bay and Daymer Bay to name just a few, from surfing to swimming everything is catered for. Just a short drive away is the pleasant town of Wadebridge, with fine boutiques and cafes, along with other picturesque towns such as Padstow and St Agnes. The Camel Trail is also nearby for keen walkers and cyclists. Or if you wish to head further afield the quirky town of Newquay is only seven miles away. Other attractions in the area include many National Trust properties, Camel Creek Adventure Park, the Eden Project and many more.
As you enter this detached, reverse-level barn conversion you will be welcomed in a spacious hallway which leads off to three of the bedrooms. The first a king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC, the second is a twin, and the third a single. Also, on the ground floor is a bathroom with bath, shower attachment and WC. Heading up to the first floor is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, comfy sofas are perfect to snuggle up on whilst watching your favourite film on the TV/DVD whilst the wood burner crackles in the background. The dining area seats everyone, and a home cooked meal can be whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Completing the accommodation is the final bedroom, a king-size with en-suite shower room and WC.
Heading outside is a picnic area with table and BBQ, great for dining al fresco on a warm summers evening. There is off-road parking for three cars.
