A surprising upside-down house with amazing sea views, balcony, in a small private estate located on the outskirts of this pretty fishing village. Within walking distance of the shops and pubs allowing you to enjoy a meal out in the village or across the river in Fowey, accessed by a regular passenger ferry, where you will find more pubs, restaurants and shops. Giving easy access to the South West Coast path, great for enjoying a day out roaming with your four-legged friend and no need to drive. Why not visit The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House and Garden, The Screech Owl Sanctuary and Wildlife Park, Bodmin Jail or explore the local area via the ferries to Fowey and Bodinnick.
Enter the house on the first floor where you will find the washer/drier and separate WC. A few steps lead you down to the ground floor where you will find the 2 bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom with a glazed door leading out to the garden which benefit s from sea views and a twin room with sea views. On this floor you will also find the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Taking the stairs up to the second floor you will find the main living area in this upside-down house, the open-plan spacious kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. You will be able to rustle up a family favourite meal and eat whilst taking in the amazing sea views. After your meal why not sit in the spacious lounge and watch a favourite programme on the TV on a sunny morning you might like to sit out on the balcony and enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee taking in the sea views.
Stepping outside you will find a pretty established private garden to enjoy with off-road parking for two cars.
