This gem is located in an elevated spot with glorious views across the tree lines in the hamlet of Pont. Head to Polruan where you can take a relaxing trip on the passenger ferry to the bustling and fashionable small port of Fowey which is flanked by fourteenth century blockhouses. Should you decide to leave the village to visit more of the area you will not be disappointed as there is so much to see and do, go for a walk on the beautiful coastal path onto Lantic Bay, Polperro or even Bodinnick where you can catch the ferry back. Within reach is the Eden Project, Lost gardens of Heligan and towns of Looe, Charlestown and Mevagissey. Throughout the year there are local activities to enjoy; the Fowey Regatta and the Polruan Carnival being just two of them.
