The famous five beaches are at the heart of this town, Great Western, Tolcarne, Towan, Lusty Glaze and of course, Fistral. The original harbour still retains its fishing fleet and is a great place to relax and unwind in one of the waterside cafes. Attractions in the local area include a plethora of restaurants, golf courses, karting, Newquay Zoo, Pirates Quest, the Eden Project and many National Trust properties.
Enter the property into the central hallway with stairs leading to both the first floor lounge/kitchen/diner area and the lower ground floor, where the bedrooms are located. The dining area is the perfect place to gather for that pre-meal chit chat, let the chefs amongst you prepare some culinary delights drawn from the inspiration of the local seafood on offer. The kitchen area comprises of an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Heading downstairs to the lower ground floor you will find the two bedrooms, both have en-suite bathrooms, with shower over bath and WC and French doors to the garden and decking area. The first bedroom is a king-size, dressed in a cool palette of whites and greys and the second bedroom is a twin, this spacious room has the added advantage of two additional single pull-out beds.
Heading outside, there is an enclosed garden laid to lawn with decking and furniture, again taking in the coastal views. There is off-road parking for one car provided.
