For the family, there is an abundance of entertainment including orienteering trails, walks around the Seaton Wetlands, stand-up paddleboarding from the beach side and more. Seaton beach is perfect for walking your four-legged friend as it is dog friendly all year round. Golf lovers can have a game at Portwrinkle or Looe Bindown (charges may apply) Why not visit the bustling city of Plymouth, just 10 miles away, with its huge range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Looe, St Germans and Sandplace are also only a short drive away.
On entering you will step into the kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well equipped with double electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The breakfast bar is ideal to sit at with a morning coffee and the daily newspaper, or with a glass of wine whilst meals are prepared. A short flight of steps from here lead to the garden. Also, on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with beds that can be made up as a super-king-size on request. Completing this floor is the family bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Heading down to the lower ground floor is the master bedroom and snug area with sofa, king-size bed and Smart TV with full Sky package. The beauty of this room is the bi-folding doors that open onto the second veranda with additional seating where you can take in the amazing views and plan your exciting day ahead.
Outside is the pretty Mediterranean-style enclosed garden with attractive borders, a lawn and decking area - a perfect place to sit out with your furry friends and enjoy the seaside air. There is also parking for two cars.
