This stylish apartment offers a unique combination of tranquility and fun. Nestling between the beautiful Lower Gardens, a friendly town centre and seven miles of clean golden sands. Bournemouth boasts everything from a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs, individual boutique shops, a convention centre, supermarket, a cinema, and general high street amenities all within walking distance of your door. Bournemouth is one of the largest seaside resorts on Britain’s south coast boasting chalk cliffs, natural beauty spots, a splendid Jurassic coast and the delights of the New Forest, only a short drive away.

Upon entering the apartment, which is level access from the main entrance of the apartment building, you are struck by its cosy, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Through into the hall, it provides plenty of hanging space for coats and shoes. The heart of the property is the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a balcony overlooking Bournemouth city centre. The lounge area provides a large sofa, two armchairs and Smart TV.
