Description

Situated in the centre of Lydstep Village, discover the beautiful Lydstep Beach and the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast Path on the doorstep.

Adjacent to the farm entrance is the local bus stop with a regular bus service to and from Tenby, a bustling harbour town with cobbled streets full of delightful craft shops, eateries and cafes. Take a boat trip to spot puffins on Caldey Island, or try bodyboarding, canoeing, sailing and waterskiing with Tenby Watersports. Walk along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to the sandy, dune-backed, Manorbier Beach, famous for its excellent surfing. Heatherton World of Activities offers carting, archery, laser clay shooting, paintballing and tree top trails, whilst younger children will love the adventure playground at Dinosaur Park, both 5 miles away. Walkers and hikers can immerse themselves in the miles of countryside and coastline, rich with beaches, rugged cliff tops and wonderful sea views.

Original features such as the exposed beams and stonework fireplace blend with pleasant furnishings to create a welcoming home from home. With plenty of rooms, there is ample space for groups to come together but to also spread out, should a little solitude be required. The open-plan kitchen/diner has a gas hob, double electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The fireplace and feature fire are the backdrop to the dining table, seating six for social, mealtime gatherings at any time of the day. As the evening draws in, settle on the comfortable sofas in front of the electric fire in the living room with a good book, a board game or a film. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and heated towel rail. There is a further double bedroom and twin room, whilst the family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.

Outside at the rear of the property there is a private courtyard with parking for several cars, behind which there is a large, secluded garden with seating areas and views overlooking the rolling countryside to the north of the village. There is a shop and restaurant 5 miles away, and a pub and beach within walking distance.
