Located within walking distance to the centre of Braunton town, you will be within easy reach of all the local shops, restaurants, and pubs. Just outside the town, Braunton Burrows provides a lovely route for scenic seaside walks. Walking enthusiasts will also be spoiled for choice with the nearby South West Coast Path, taking you across the spectacular headland to Baggy Point, and with Exmoor National Park within easy reach by car, you’ll not be short of activities to fill your day. Just a short drive away, Saunton Sands boasts an expansive sandy beach, and further afield, sand, sea, and surf can be enjoyed at Woolacombe, Croyde, and Putsborough. Other places of interest nearby include Barnstaple, with its market and high street shops, Exmoor National Park, and the seaside resort of Ilfracombe.

Step inside this stunning house through the front door to find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner The living area is found to the left when you first step inside and features seating for six guests in front of the Smart TV and wood burner, a perfect place to put your feet up and catch up on your favourite shows after exploring the North Devon coastline. On the ground floor's opposite corner is the dining area, a spacious room with seating for all guests to enjoy a home-cooked meal together. At the back of the property is the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and comprises of an electric Range oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Also found on the ground floor is a family bathroom featuring a shower over bath and WC, along with the first bedroom. This bedroom is a king-size and overlooks the rear garden. Moving upstairs brings you to two more bedrooms, a large king-size bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room with WC and a cosy twin bedroom. Moving back downstairs to the lower ground floor leads to another living area, with seating for 10 guests and another Smart TV to keep everyone entertained. The first bedroom on the lower ground floor is king-size with access to the rear garden and cupboard featuring the washing machine. The last bedroom is a double and conveniently located next to a shower room with WC. Saving the entertainment room until last, you will find a brilliant cinema room on the lower ground floor, perfectly blacked out to enjoy movies on the Smart TV and the room features a sofa and comfortable bean bags.

Stepping outside the lower ground floor living room will bring you to the lovely enclosed garden. This is the perfect place to enjoy a drink in the sun with the table and chairs provided. From the kitchen is also a decking area with seating. At the front of the property, there is an off-road parking space for two cars with additional parking found on the road if available.
