Nestled in the Pentewan Valley, close to Charlestown, this beautifully refurbished former mill is the perfect retreat for those looking to sample a slice of peaceful Cornish life and explore the coast.
Located on the edge of a small family farm, this barn is within walking distance of a restaurant and shop. Once the centre of Cornwall’s pilchard fishery, the traditional village of Mevagissey is just a short drive away from the property and boasts a working harbour, cob and slate buildings, and a ferry to the nearby port of Fowey. Other nearby attractions that provide fun for all the family include numerous National Trust properties and gardens, The Eden Project, and the Tall Ships at Charlestown.
Enter the wonderful stone building through the front door and into the hallway. You will find a spacious dual-aspect lounge boasting exposed stone and beams, large comfy seating and Smart TV - the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
