Explore on foot the many choices of your surroundings including the South West Coastal path and within walking distance of the beach, you’ll be able to wander down to the water’s edge and enjoy a day relaxing on the sand. Take a trip to one of the other fantastic nearby beaches by car, including Gorran Haven, Carlyon Bay, Fowey, and Par Sands. St Austell is just a couple of miles away, with a wide selection of restaurants, shops and leisure facilities, as well as its famous brewery and the Eden Project, or travel round to Fowey for an idyllic seaside town and experience one of the boat trips available. Visit historic Charlestown or picturesque fishing port of Mevagissey, all within easy reach.
Step into the entrance with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of light throughout. Doors lead to the cloakroom to hang up your belongings and head into the ground floor shower room with shower and WC and wash off the sand from your day at the beach. From the main entrance hall, head into the kitchen/diner with views across the farmland. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need to create a feast for all the family to enjoy and has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table or prepare your day ahead with morning coffee at the breakfast bar. Step through to the lounge with exposed stone fireplace and wood burner, relax on one of the comfy sofas and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV. From the hallway, there’s a snug room with Smart TV and comfy sofa so the children can be entertained too. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC. Head upstairs to all four bedrooms with stunning views, the king-size with chest of drawers, wardrobe, Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. There’s a super-king zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with sea views towards St Austell Bay in the distance, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second king-size has a smart TV and twin bedroom overlooks the farmland. The contemporary family bathroom has a shower over bath with WC.
Step outside via the patio doors from the kitchen or lounge onto the superb social terrace with BBQ which is perfect for dining alfresco on those summer evenings, you may even spot a deer or two if you are lucky.
