Llanina Beach is situated at the western end of Little Quay Bay, facing the Irish Sea and offering stunning views of Cardigan Bay. The beach is a mix of sand and rocks, with a sheltered western side that extends up to a campsite area. This campsite is located near the village of Pont Llanina and offers toilet facilities for visitors.
Visitors to Llanina Beach can enjoy a range of activities, including spotting dolphins from the shore or taking a boat ride around the bay. The beach was also used as a filming location for the 2008 film The Edge of Love. For those interested in history, the nearby Coed Llanina woodland area is home to the Llanina Ruins, a point of interest that is definitely worth exploring.
Llanina Beach can be accessed by walking along the bay from Traeth Gwyn Beach towards Cei Bach, which brings you to the beach on the eastern side of the bay. This spot is often less busy than the main beach, making it a lovely place to spend the day. Visitors can also explore the nearby village of Pont Llanina and its campsite, which offers a range of amenities.
