Description

This is a detached property, hugging the West Wales coast with super seaside villages waiting to be explored. With its own private hot tub this is ideal for large family gatherings.

Ideally situated between Aberaeron and New Quay and within walking distance of the stunning West Wales coastal path network, local pub, garage/shop and a farm restaurant. Aberaeron, with its delightful pastel palette of coloured Georgian houses, offers eateries, independent shops, a pretty harbour with boats bobbing up and down and super pebble beaches. Nearby New Quay, a quintessential seaside village, has sandy beaches, harbour and boat trips to see the pods of dolphins who often spend their summer in the bay. The stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron, the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey and Fantasy Farm Park are all close by.

This beautiful residence sitting in large grounds has a main house comfortably accommodating ten and an adjoining, fully self-contained annex for two guests. Enter the main house into a warm and welcoming reception are with sofas and chairs. Double doors lead to the impressive dining room, with feature fireplace, high ceilings and magnificent coastal and rural views through large bay windows. The lounge is very cosy with sofas, chairs and a delightful wood burner. Back into the reception area and through to the large kitchen with a farmhouse table and chairs, where everyone can catch up on the events of the day. This well-equipped space has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two ground floor bedrooms through an internal hallway – both very spacious doubles with TVs and en-suite shower rooms with WCs. Up the lovely staircase to a further three bedrooms. There is a large double with an en-suite shower room and WC, TV and window seat where you can take in the beautiful views. There is also a twin bedroom, again with super views with a TV and en-suite shower room with WC. The last bedroom on this floor is a double with TV and en-suite with bath, separate shower and WC. There is a detached annexe to the main house which is excellent for those enjoying their own space. Enter the ground floor hallway of this reverse-level property where you will find a shower room with shower and WC and also a contemporary king-size bedroom with TV. Take the stairs up to the first floor to the lovely open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This light and airy space has a lounge area with comfy sofa and TV, dining table and chairs and a kitchen area with breakfast bar, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Your private balcony is accessed through French doors with patio table and comfortable seating areas where you can relax and enjoy views of open fields with red kites flying overhead and to the side, beautiful sea views. A real home from home for couples looking for a romantic retreat, with lots to see and do on the welsh coastline.

Heading outside to your own fantastic private hot tub, on the ground floor which is perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploration. There is private parking for six cars and good-sized gardens and patios for those wishing to run off some steam.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20 for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.
