Perched in the middle of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of the jewels in the English Riviera’s crown and loved for its friendly atmosphere, lively pier and colourful beach huts. Paignton Beach offering a long stretch of sand is a firm family favourite, and the famous pier, packed with amusements, provides entertainment for all ages. At the southern end of the town is the 18th century Paignton Harbour, offering day trips along the rugged Devon coastline, as well as wildlife and fishing; or alternatively take a trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway which runs from Paignton Train Station. Other attractions easily accessible from here include Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, Agatha Christie's Greenway House, Dartmoor National Park and the stunning cathedral city of Exeter. This lovely light property occupies the lower ground floor of the owners luxury coastal home yet your privacy and seclusion is assured.

Also perfectly appointed and equipped is the kitchen itself which includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. From here head further into the property where you will discover the beautiful king-size bedroom, another generously proportioned room and lovingly styled to create a restful yet fresh ambiance. An en-suite shower room with shower and WC completes the offering inside the property.

Located directly outside, there is a small bistro table with chairs providing somewhere to enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple in the fresh air. Private off-road parking for one car is provided on the driveway directly outside.
