Trefor Beach is a sand and pebble bay situated on the north coast of the Lleyn Peninsula in Wales, featuring a picturesque pier and a small tidal harbour.

Trefor Beach is located on the north coast of the Lleyn Peninsula, in front of the small fishing village of Trefor. The beach boasts a stunning backdrop of the Snowdonia mountains and is characterised by a mix of small pebbles and sand. The beach and harbour have played a significant role in the area's history, particularly during the granite production era, with the local quarry supplying granite that was transported to Europe from Trefor.

The beach is well-protected by encircling headlands, although strong winds can still blow from the north-west side. The land behind the beach dates back to the last glaciation and is composed of boulder clay, which periodically crumbles into the sea. A 200-meter-long pier stretches into the sea, often used by local fishermen, although it may be closed for renovations at times.

The surfing conditions can be good when there is a big swell running, but it is not suitable for beginners. A rambling trail connects the village to Trefor Beach, passing by the local playground. The area is also home to the Church of St Beuno, part of the Pilgrims' Route that leads to Bardsey Island. Visitors can enjoy various activities, including fishing, paddleboarding, and surfing.

Trefor Beach and harbour have historical significance due to the area's past as a major granite-producing region. The pier was built during the granite boom and provided access for fishing boats and granite transportation.
