Gorran Haven Beach and Little Perhaver Beach are situated near St Austell on the South West Cornwall coast. Gorran Haven Beach is a small, east-facing sandy beach nestled in the heart of a charming fishing village, while Little Perhaver Beach is a sand and shingle beach that links up with Gorran Haven's main beach at low tide.
Gorran Haven Beach is partially sheltered by a historic stone quay, creating ideal conditions for swimming and water activities. The beach is approximately 290 metres wide and is backed partly by cliffs. While there's no lifeguard cover, the calm waters make it an excellent spot for families with children to enjoy the sea. At low tide, a huge sandy beach appears, making it a perfect spot on a sunny day.
Little Perhaver Beach is a sand and shingle beach that links up with Gorran Haven's main beach at low tide. It is a popular family beach and is used by tourists and holidaymakers.
Both beaches offer a range of facilities and activities, including:

* Kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding rentals during the summer season
* Fishing trips from the harbor or casting a line from the shore

Getting to the beach is easy, with a large car park just 300 meters up the road. The beach itself is accessible for all, with the road sloping gently down to the sand.
Gorran Haven Beach is on The Roseland Heritage Coast, and adjacent to the South West Coast Path.
